So another Uncharted session passes by, and it was an extra special one this week. Marcus opened up proceedings with some fresh, up-front DnB. Our special guest Morocco delivered a storming set of dubstep and breaks (many, and I mean many, unreleased dubs on rotation there). Following that, I took things on to midnight with a bit of ambient and lo-fi drum & bass.

This Wednesday sees the return of our spaced-out drum and bass and breakbeat extravaganza that is Uncharted Territory. And, we’ve got something very special lined up for you this week. Joining our resident Blunt space cadets Doug and Marcus Hurley will be special guest DJ Morocco.

Morocco specialzes in breakbeat and drum and bass. He was one of the major dj’s on Spice FM back in the early 90’s, and worked with the likes of DJ Nookie from Daddy Armshouse record shop. He is now playing major events with the likes of Krafty Kuts, LTJ Bukem, and High Contrast. So, it’s fair to say this show is going to banging!

We’ve got a bit of a treat lined up for you lucky weblanders in this weeks Heavy Vibes radio show. We’ve taken a look through our dusty archive recordings, to bring you some of the guest sets and other bits and pieces that have featured in the Heavy Vibes series so far. Yep, that’s right. We’re ready to go with the mixed bag o’ musical tricks that is our Allsorts radio show.

What I’m actually talking about is the long-awaited return of our Groundbeat radio session tomorrow night. As most of you know, this is basically where we take a jazz angle to our wax-digging antics.
